Description

This session is a general session that is addressing the outcomes desired by the client, it is an hour-long healing and coaching session aimed at helping you if you are feeling stuck or overwhelmed, going through a life transition, need help with your goals or are struggling with processing certain emotions and experiences. This is a good session to start with if it is your first time going for a coaching session or to get acquainted with your life/healing coach, you will receive tasks at the end of the session to aid you in your healing or personal development journey.

The methods used in this session can address the following:

– Feeling stuck in your career
-Feeling overwhelmed
– Outlining your goals
– Processing and understanding anger, fear or any unwanted emotions.
– Processing heartbreak
– Planning forward

Cost R700,00
Duration: 1 hour

All sessions expire after 4 Months/120 days* if the sessions have not taken place within that period, sessions are therefore forfeited. Do make sure you complete your sessions within a the time frame.
